Grandma Fiorina and Grandpa Giuseppe’s journey began in 1947 with the production of fresh pasta made entirely by hand. It was not until 1962 that the first machine for making ravioli and tortellini came into operation. Since then, technological progress has continued unabated, but our philosophy has remained unchanged: to dedicate ourselves to creating artisanal pasta with the love and passion of our grandparents, using only natural and wholesome ingredients to preserve ‘the flavours of yesteryear’.
