At our retail outlet in Caraglio, just a few kilometres from Cuneo, we stock all the typical pasta shapes of Italian cuisine: agnolotti, cappelletti, gnocchi, egg pasta, ravioli, tagliatelle, tagliolini, tortellini, ravioli del plin and valgranotti with Castelmagno.
Made exclusively with natural ingredients such as potato flakes, “00” wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, eggs and selected meats.
They are flash-frozen and brought to a temperature of -18°C, without any preservatives, guaranteeing a genuine, top-quality product.
